James Morton

Education, experience and professional affiliations have fostered Jamey’s practical approach to offering financial services and advice to his clients. In 1983, Jamey graduated from Northeast Missouri State University (now Truman State University) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree. Since entering the industry in 1987, Jamey has earned the following designations/licensures:
- Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
- Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU)
- Registered Financial Consultant (RFC)
- Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF)
- Series 6, 7, and 63, administered by the North American Securities Administrations Association (NASAA)
Jamey has been a registered representative with Securities America since 2008 and an investment advisor with USAdvisors Wealth Management LLC since 2014. He founded Morton Financial Solutions in 2017.
Maintaining a strong sense of community and a solid professional foundation are also very important to Jamey. One of his primary philanthropic focuses over the years has been the Boy Scouts of America. When he is not in the office or helping with philanthropic causes, Jamey enjoys spending time in the great outdoors as well as with family and friends.
